You are exhausted 

This is your time to get the sleep of your entire life! Fatigue and exhaustion are the most common symptoms of early pregnancies, as a tremendous amount of metabolism work is going inside your body. It is okay to ditch your regular Chores and get enough sleep that is more than your regular 7-8 hours of sleep. Don’t fight the exhaustion, as your body needs more rest than usual. Besides rest, it is essential to have a diet full of nutrients to help with your exhaustion and fatigue. This is entirely normal during your first trimester. So go ahead and sleep!

Cramps in your first trimester 

During the first trimester, your body is preparing for the growing fetus. These sudden changes in your body can make you experience mild to moderate cramps. Minor cramping is often normal during your early pregnancy. If the pain persists and is hard to control, accompanied by vaginal bleeding, you should immediately consult your health care provider. 

Spotting 

Spotting or light bleeding is often a sign of early pregnancy, which is normal. Implantation bleeding occurs when the fertilized egg is busy making the space and trying to make a home beside your uterus. This process can cause slight bleeding. Implantation bleeding usually occurs 6 to 12 days after you have conceived. If you are experiencing some heavy bleeding along with pain, you need to visit your doctor. 

Increased Vaginal discharge 

Leukorrhea, or thin, white milky discharge, is a common early pregnancy symptom. This discharge is caused by the hormonal changes that are happening inside your body. Pregnancy hormones increase the cervical mucous, and this increases vaginal discharge. This discharge is normal and odorless. If you are experiencing any other color of vaginal discharge that ranges from yellow to green, white clumpy discharge, and has a strong odor, please consult your health care provider as this may be a sign of infection. 

Increase in the breast size

One of the earliest and most common signs of early pregnancies is the increase in your breast size. You may experience sore breasts caused by the surge in hormones. Your progesterone level increases during your first trimester, which makes your boobs tender and sensitive. So don’t be shocked if you see your breasts bigger than the night before. All you need to do is go bra shopping. 

Your food cravings are going to have a blast.

Yes, you will have a lot of food cravings, and you don’t need to get anxious if you are craving a particular taste; go for it. Some of the most common food cravings will be sweet, sour, tangy, and spicy. Your cravings for ice creams are heightened in your first trimester. Enjoy your food cravings as they are normal; on the other hand, if you are experiencing a loss of appetite, you should not ignore it and visit your doctor. 

You are Peeing a lot. 

Be ready to spend the most time in the bathroom, as you will pee a lot during your early pregnancy. Your blood volume will increase fivefold during pregnancy, leading to frequent urination, which is absolutely normal and a sign that your pregnancy is going well. This may be unpleasant, but it is a natural part of the pregnancy, so don’t even think of drinking less water. Staying hydrated is very important during your pregnancy.
